Lead Generation, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy.


  • Business development and pre-sales.
  • Bidding on various freelancing platforms and other portals.
  • Preparation and responding to RFQ/RFI/RFP.
  • Effective client communication and account management.
  • Lead Generation and management.
  • Business requirement gathering and business case analysis.
  • Working with cross sectional team professionals including the clients and marketing team.
  • Market Research and trend analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capability to work in a team environment.
  • Readiness to accept new business challenges and learn new things.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years as a Business Development in IT
  • Compensation: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
  • Education: Any Graduation / Post graduation.
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
